Guide to Craft and Art

The Guide offers a broad range of galleries, retail shops and other craft- and art-related organizations across Nova Scotia, from private enterprise to public institutions. The Guide will be an important tool in your discovery of Nova Scotia and its many hidden treasures. While on your adventures across the province, supplement The Guide with copies of the Annapolis Valley Studio Map, Cape Breton Artist Trail Map, Halifax Art Map 2009 and 2009 Doers' and Dreamers' Guide, all available at Tourist Information Centres.

While in Halifax, please drop in to the Nova Scotia Centre for Craft and Design and the Mary E. Black Gallery. We are located just north of Pier 21 National Historic Site in Shed 21 in the Seawall development project.
Our hours are: Tuesday to Friday 9-5, Saturday and Sunday 11-4, closed Monday and holidays.
