Course Overview 

Do you love to draw but feel intimidated? This course was developed to demystify the drawing process by breaking it down into a series of techniques and skills. Through in class exercises students will learn how to perceive edges, spaces, relationships with light and shadows, and see the picture as a whole. All exercises will use a range of pencils to shade, texture, and draw. No previous experience needed.

Susan April is a graduate of NSCAD, receiving degrees in a BFA and BA in Art Education as well she completed a Masters of Education Degree from Mount Saint Vincent University.
